We had a nice room.
Negatives:
There was no water in the morning. We couldn't take a shower or have coffee. It was a rough start when you had to be on the road for 8 hours. I know they couldn't control what happened but a little kindness wouldn't hurt. You could of offered bottles water to make coffee or to use to wash your face. My daughter didn't get breakfast cuz they had no water to make food .

Rooms were nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. They were mostly updated with quality materials on the floors and bathrooms.
Negatives:
Could update the rooms with USB capabilities. Other Best Westerns (Poteau, OK) has built-ins into the night stands. Ensure the refrigerators are balanced so they dont wobble or feel like theyre going to tip over when opening them.

Positives:
The front desk clerk was great and the breakfast was better than anticipated.
Negatives:
Had to change rooms right off the bat. Bedding was all wet in the first room and someone had the thermostat set to 52 so it was ice cold. Second room had try sheets etc but reeked of marijuana.
