Positives:
Staff was very friendly. They could not program room key cards because of a problem with the system. They were great about unlocking the room every time. Kudos to the staff.
Negatives:
The only issue was the access to the hotel from the main highway. There wasnt a direct way into the property.
Negatives:
Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows flat, had to go buy some. Location terrible, very difficult to get to. Elevator dingy and dilapidated. Toilet difficult to flush. Won't stay here again.
Positives:
Was very clean liked the night help but when we checked out we told the lady the bed was hard and she just was rude shrugged her shoulders and made a face like we shouldn't be complaining about it and all we did was say the bed was very uncomfortable

That morning help that helped she was rude
