Positives:
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious! The first weekend we stayed in July we got 209. That worked great for my granddaughter. So I booked it again. I was told my request had been met with no charge. I was very pleased.
Negatives:
When housekeeping and or maintenance are on elevator and doors open for guests to get on, employees should NOT move to the inside of elevator, then once the guest are on then they decide to try to push through with their housekeeping carts or the maintenance equipment. They should exit right away so guests can enter. We stayed 2 different weekends in July with my 6 year old granddaughter. The first weekend a housekeeping almost ran my granddaughter over by scooting to inside by buttons then push her cart against people to get out. Again this weekend they moved to inside then tried to get out after people entered.
After getting conformation of having our room we arrived to a different room with only 1 bed and a chase like chair that had a huge stain like it had been urinated on. I went back to desk and had a lengthy conversation with Emma. By this time I was pretty heated with the situation. We did not get the room I had requested and my granddaughter was being offered a roll out bed. We could have stayed home if I wanted to make her sleep in a rollout. When it was said and done, I got mostly what I asked for. I would like to say Emma did a great job of taking care of me and your business.

The location was perfect for us, convenient to attractions in the city.
Negatives:
The lobby and elevator had a horrible smell. Smelled similar to a mold or mildew and was very strong. The decorative walls were all peeling and some were held up with scotch tape.

Positives:
Upon our arrival we met a very professional, friendly, helpful front desk clerk whose service was commendable. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
After our initial meeting with the wonderful lady at the front desk, we could not get assistance from the front desk replacements. It appeared, there was no one managing the desk. Also, our room was not cleaned, and after being left on hold and hanging up, my husband was told by the clerk that we had to request a room clean, but we had no literature or knowledge that that was the procedure.
