Positives:
Every member of the reception were professional, helpful and kind. The young woman in maintenance who was so prompt and gracious completing a request , and then checked with me several times to make sure I was okay. The young lady who ran the buffet attentive and helpful. The all the member of cleaning staff kind quick to respond.
Not only we're all of them efficient and kind. I saw them treat other guests the same way. Rare uniformity of service in a hotel.
Negatives:
Very early open on Sunday am buffet, tables not cleaned up and garbage not emptied. The person preparing food could have used any other staff members help to bus the dining room before guests arrived.
N TVo handheld shower option with super tall fixtures not very comfortable.

Wonderful place to stay ,...
Positives:
The breakfast was pretty good. Liked the biscuits and gravy and they had eggs and sausage too. The staff was friendly and the complimentary cold juice drink was a nice touch
Negatives:
Parking is a little tight and the swimming pool is outside, so it is seasonal. Quite comfortable and hope to do it again.

Comfortable room. Mattress firm but not too much so; pillows ditto. No problems with wi-fi. Good desk space.
Temperature control worked well. Plenty of hot water. Nice variety of breakfast choices.
Negatives:
No complaints. A little more expensive than I'm accustomed to paying, but consistent with the chain—I was opting to pay extra for a place with a higher rating and better reviews.
