I like the area. A little off the beaten path.

I have stayed here many times and everything has always been great. This time, I paid a much higher price because it was graduation time and the air cone ever worked right. The staff could care less. Maintenance man was not there after 6 pm and the desk person said she’d leave the manager a note! Maintenance man came the next day & didn’t fix the problem. I told them when I checked out about the air issue and the woman said, “thank you for letting us know.” She definitely had no intention of offering me anything. This was a 2-bedroom unit…not cheap. When we left the property, we noticed several rooms had a/c units in the windows. I think this is a real issue that no one is addressing. I’m here to tell you…Oklahoma is very hot and humid. Air conditioning is a must!!

Location was convenient
Negatives:
Room was not clean. There were ants in the room and it was very dusty on the furniture. We let the front desk know in the morning before we left for the day but nothing had been done when we returned around 3 pm and then we had to speak to the front desk again at that time. 3 people came to spray the ants and change our sheets but the room was not dusted. Overall, not only did our room just feel and look dingy but the hotel felt the same way.
