The staff was fantastic. The location was good.

The Tv didn’t work, When the maintenance man tried to fix it, he just said it’s a new TV. I can’t fix it. There were terrible scratches on the headboard or wall of the bed and overall it just wasn’t clean.

The check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I like that it was in walking distance to the BOK Center.

The only thing I really didn't like was that they charged for parking. It should have free parking for their guests. The furniture in the room was not very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. My husband said I hogged most of the bed. Lol
