Negatives: The AC was the loudest when running. The swimming pool is a joke. ItÂ's the smallest pool IÂ've ever seen at a hotel. We felt the hotel is worse than the company provided pics

Positives: The location was extremely convienient to the convention center for my event.
Negatives: The room was dusty and it triggered my allergies making it difficult to sleep without a mask. My room was not cleaned the entire time I was there Sun-Wed. When I checked out, I was told I had to request cleaning. Hot water stopped working on Monday.

Negatives: There was no heat in the hotel during below zero degree weather. I requested a refund for the second night in which I did not use. The hotel refused to issue a refund for the second night. It makes no sense to pay to stay in a freezing cold room!!!

Positives: Great location. Needed a place to stay while husband was in the hospital. Very close St. John’s and Hillcrest. Bed and pillows were very soft and clean.
Negatives: Room was very old and outdated. Very little lighting. There were holes in the wall and big scratches on the headboard. Carpet was dingy, but not dirty.

Positives: Great value. Big rooms but who puts a TV in the middle of the room. That was weird and took up space. Overall will stay again.
Negatives: Tv in middle. Needs a microwave in the room.
