Negatives: Poor customer service. Lack of ownership. Switched rooms twice. Linen issues so the beds look like someone laid in it. Dirty trash cans in the rooms, dirty carpet dirty bathrooms, something dysfunctional in all three rooms. Appalled & Disgusted

Positives: Great location. Clean rooms.
Negatives: There were multiple dogs next door that wouldn't stop barking. After multiple times informing the front desk of the situation, they finally moved us. We had to pack up all our things and move. We're moved to a room where the tv shuts off every 5 minutes.

Positives: Truck was broken into, hot water scalded me and went ice cold, had to move rooms and it was not any better. Room wasnt cleaned for three days of the 4. Complained to GM who said she refunded us the full stay but we have not received it.
Negatives: No security cameras anywhere! Filed a complaint with Marriott Corp. was sworn to get a call backno one ever did.

Positives: Closeness to shopping, restaurants, easy to access.
Negatives: My room smelled strongly of sewage. The hotel itself was overbooked so I didnt bother to ask for another room. It was a one night stay so I just dealt with it. Other than that, the room was good and they were able to give me an earlier check in

Negatives: The lack of services was astounding. Out of water. Asked to have roomed cleaned on second day and only got towels. The value of stays at this hotel is not worth a return trip.
