Positives: location
Negatives: ants in room, pool gate key reader didn’t work, sauna door key reader didn’t work - no signs anywhere, laundry room you have to sign up and pay a minimum of $10 to use the washer but the dryer is free, no towels I’m the workout room or pool area, requested room service daily, never came had to ask for towels for the shower daily, no ice machine had to ask for ice from the front staff daily. it was very inconvenient when all they needed to do was put up some simple signage and tell us what worked and what didnt.

Positives: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had no issues with our room.
Negatives: Upon arrival, the woman at the front desk was on a personal phone call and gave us minimal attention. The lack of attention caused her to give us a room key to a room that was already occupied by other guests. We found this to be very unprofessional and questioned if this happened more often. We were then worried if other guests could potentially walk into our room.

Positives: The bed was extremely comfortable, very soft. I love the look to the rooms. The ladies that worked the reception area were extremely polite, and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and they really went above and beyond and we appreciate their help. And definitely made me want to stay there again.
Negatives: I know this is more the booking company then the hotel. We didn't know the $100 deposit had to be paid on a card that we couldn't pay cash until we arrived. The coffee pot in the room didn't work and there was no microwave or fridge in the room. Other then that the stay was excellent and we will be back and refer our friends and family
