First of all, I got bed-bugs bites! And they are on my face, neck, arms and hands! Secondly the hotel did not provide breakfast even when I booked it showed breakfast included

Manager never responded to a request for a 1st floor room. Argued with a customer over the room rate that was agreed to over the phone. No elevator. Dirty premises with furniture stuck in the halls. Basically a dirty, unfriendly place to stay.

The woman that checked me in is a very nice an friendly person,and The room wasn't that bad an was clean considering some I have stayed at that were way way misleading.

The people on each side of my room, the one on the left of me stood outside the door hollering an the guy that was with them. An both sides Slammed doors and other loud noises it all stopped around 4am Saturday morning

The room was dirty and run down, the shower still has hair on the walls where it wasn't clean, roaches crawling on the walls, the beds were very uncomfortable with stained sheets, it was overall disgusting we left a couple hours after arriving
