We were in a room designed for 4 people but it was only stocked with two sets of towels which were on the small side to begin with. We asked for more and were told they did not have extra wash rags. How does a hotel not have enough of those at 5 pm when everything should have been washed from that morning? This is why I rated overall experience "good" versus "excellent "

Getting settled in was super easy and painless. The hotel is very well kept, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. There's also plenty of space and natural lighting in the rooms.
Negatives:
For the most part, everything was great. The only thing I would change is to expand the breakfast offerings, but aside from that, I would certainly come back.

We couldn’t get the Wi-Fi connected to play our ps5 on the tv in the room. I tried to put the password in which was our last name and room # it didn’t work out but we were happy still to watch tv.

We arrived late evening after traveling 14 hours. The front desk manager was quick to get us settled in and very friendly. Parking lot well lit, room tidy; really liked the efficient layout of room! Breakfast options were just right. we would stay again.

The highlight here was the shower. After two really not great hotels this was a godsend. Great room,very cozy and quiet. Breakfast spread was average but still really great to grab before hitting the road again.
