The character, look, location etc. I could tell it was a fabulous hotel at one time; nice bones but it definitely needs some cosmetic work like new furniture in the front lobby. Some of the staff was great some not so much. But we would stay again.

No bottle water in rooms. And it was pricey downstairs. The AC was making noising that scared my young children and kept the adults awake most of the night.

I love the updated decor and rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel employee went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and at home.

There was a boiler down & half of the hotel was without heat. Had we been told that at check in, we would have stayed elsewhere. We were literally freezing cold all night. It was a miserable experience.

It's not worth staying because of the star rating. The cleanliness was the best subject to mention.

No free breakfast and they charged $12 to park.
