The character, look, location etc. I could tell it was a fabulous hotel at one time; nice bones but it definitely needs some cosmetic work like new furniture in the front lobby. Some of the staff was great some not so much. But we would stay again.

No bottle water in rooms. And it was pricey downstairs. The AC was making noising that scared my young children and kept the adults awake most of the night.

Room was 85 degrees and when they switched the system it only cooled would not moderate a temp. Trash and things down the hall on your way to room it was like this from check in until the next day. Elevators are a real treat. Not impressed..

I love the updated decor and rooms. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel employee went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and at home.

The location was great, it was easy to find and the room was nice. Hotel was updated a few years ago and I liked the ambiance.
