I reserved 2 rooms. Arrived at 6:00. When we walked into the rooms we were gives neither were fully cleaned. Both had been started but not finished. Had to go back to desk to get different rooms.

Lauren was excellent and deserves to be promoted ahead of her peers! Her knowledge of the area was awesome. Tally’s was the food hit of our stay in Tulsa.

The shower wasn’t very strong. Food at restaurant was mediocre. There are only a couple of restaurants within walking distance.

Parking was difficult and there was no valet service. The bar didn’t have a blender so no margaritas. No dining room just a corner of the bar. No room service so we Ubered to various restaurants.

The front desk staff were amazing. Very friendly. Our waitress at the market restaurant was also very sweet and friendly. Food was good but pricey.
Negatives:
We spent $270 on the room and the cleanliness to me was not up to par with the price of the room. For that price the room should be almost spotless. There was stains on the carpet, there was hair and dust on the bathroom floor like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while and there was urine next to the toilet. Also paying for parking was annoying. I feel like hotel guests should park in the garage for free as long as they use their key card and any one not staying in them should have to pay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great and the gentleman driving the shuttle was amazing.

We had one of the cleaning staff try to come in our room at 8:30 in the morning unannounced. I was getting ready to get in the shower and it was definitely a shock to me.
