Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Room was disgusting, stains on bedding and furniture, floor had a grimey feel when bare foot, room and hallway had strong unpleasant smell, there were roaches.

There's no cleanup service until you leave, and know that you're staying around people that are 2 steps from being homeless, not others in town for business/family/friends

Roaches were very bad in the room. Appliances were very stained. The carpet needed to be removed, it had cigarette burns and tares.

I stayed in 221 I'm still here it's exceptionally clean and the staff has been so helpful and any problems we've had is quick to help which hasn't really been any and then the main manager here is so sweet she helps us so much I would rate I would recommend it until anybody I came from woodsprings which was a horrible place at 31st and Sherry and I do not recommend that the managers Atwood springs were awful and kick us out I think for me and gay here they're so accepting and sweet we love it here
