The front desk attendent was incredibly nice, helpful, and welcoming! The room and bathroom were both nice and clean. Accommodated my last-minute booking to save me from a hellish hotel I had booked for the same night.

We didn't pay for the breakfast, but it appeared to be exceptional, and the location was spot on. All the attractions i.e. stores, restaurants, and Oral Roberts University were in a close proximity to the hotel. I say about 10 minutes!
Negatives:
Well, there was a problem with the fire alarm that continued to reactivate, but the staff resolved this issue as quickly as they possibly could; however, the cleanliness can improve a bit more. We had to relocate to a different room due to a pungent order emanating from the carpet.
