The hotel room was very spacious, more than I imagined it would be. The staff was friendly and helpful. I requested a room on the first floor and they were able to accommodate my request. The facilities were clean. Breakfast was ample with lots of choices. Even the coffee was good. The location was perfect for me, as it was only 10 minutes to family in either direction. There are restaurants within walking distance and a drug store. Just down the way, about 5 minutes, is a huge park, recreation area.
Negatives:
The only drawback is that if you call the number listed for the hotel it takes you to a call center. The person was hard to understand (thick accent). I was calling to see if the pool was open and was put on hold twice for about 10 minutes. When the person returned they merely stated the hours the pool was open and that it was large. Well, the pool was not open because it was March and it probably doesn't open until May.

Booking.com did not send the hotel our confirmation or PIN number and they were sold out so we had to find alternate hotel. Sister is diabetic and desperately needed to rest after long drive and we will never recommend it or use you again. Very unprofessional and quite frustrating.

Great water pressure, plenty of hot water, rooms were clean. Location was good.couch was comfy.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on and I deployed to Afghanistan twice so that's saying something. When you lay down it's tilted so it feels like your going to slide into the headboard. Seems very under staffed. No blanket at all on the bed. Had to keep switching back and forth from heat to air because it wouldn't stay a consistent temp. Not at all what I expected from a Hilton property

We got in around 10pm and the woman working the desk was awesome. Super nice and helpful. Room was a bit outdated, but comfy and BIG. I believe they were remodeling some of the upper floors, and we were on the second, so maybe updates to come? Either way, we liked it! Breakfast was nice too. Coffee and bagels were good for us, but they also had fresh eggs and sausage, cereal, etc. Would stay there again!

My total including incidentals was over $140 to be put in a room that stank of marijuana. I directly went back downstairs and had her change my room second room not so bad only had to come out with roaches bigger than my thumb which was very disgusting I could have went to the tradewinds or even studio star and not had to deal with cockroaches like I did there and the breakfast was disgusting no kind of selection very poor not Hilton standard at all
