La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tulsa Airport

Negatives: The neighborhood was not good. It had a lot of rundown motels nearby that I didn’t know about. The first room we were put in the AC did not work so then we had to move rooms. The second room we were put in had a stepladder and leftover tools in a bucket in the bathroom. The bathroom seemed dirty and was not cleaned after everything was removed. My sister had a big mirror in her room, we did not. We only had the bathroom mirror, which was annoying. When I found out my sister had a big mirror. The gym was closed. The next morning for breakfast there was no hot eggs and the potatoes weren’t out and I did not even show up until almost 8 AM and it was open at 6 AM. The potatoes came out after I already had a waffle. I needed help at the front desk and no one was there for over 10 minutes. Even the housekeeping lady went and told somebody I was up there and then more than 10 minutes past and she had to tell her again before she came out and then she couldn’t even help me. I needed a diet soda and there was no change for the vending machine. It didn’t take dollars or debit cards/credit cards. So I had to walk 10 minutes in a crappy neighborhood to the nearest store to buy myself a diet soda, which was inconvenient. I’ve never stayed at La Quinta before this, but I will never stay again.
