Negatives:
The location was great but the surrounding people wasn’t, I didn’t feel safe to stay and the employee agreed if I don’t want to stay I didn’t get charge and I still get charge like I didn’t show to the place and I did because the same OYO company down the street they said there was no room available because Booking over book them so I went to another hotel same OYO but on Sheridan and I got charged from both no show up and that’s not fear when I been making reservations before with them in San Antonio.

They place is filthy, has homeless vagrance around everywhere! Rooms are definitely not up to par, Hotel staff is rude AF! Booking better start checking their hotels or I'm deleting their app!
