Positives: There was no observed pest. The location was good for my activities.

Negatives: The bathroom vent was running continuously and no way to shut it off. I was out as and came back later and noticed an odor in the room that did not go away. I concluded that was the reason the vent was continuously running. The room should've been discounted due to the vent and odor.
