Good location for business travel. Close enough to everything as well as downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is also super quiet and you cannot hear any traffic.
Negatives:
Gym facilities need repair and upgrade, they look old and not all the equipment was functional. This is a small investment to make travel a lot more comfortable.
