Friendly front desk staff. Went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.

The Rooms were very clean.

Swimming Pool down for remodeling. Used pool remodeling for excuse to NOT provide stated hot meals. Used pool remodeling for excuse to turn ALL ice machines OFF.

Swimming pool was in middle of being refurbished (did not know when I booked). Used the excuse of the pool remodeling to stop hot breakfasts and for turning off all of the ice machines in the hotel. I would NOT have stayed if I had known!!!!!!

Undergoing an unexpected face lift-thus no pool, no breakfast. 1st placed in the wrong room. Moved to the third floor where the fridge didnt work. Upgraded us from a room with two queen beds to 2 dbls and a sofa. Mold in the bathroom wall- ugh

It was under construction, not stated at time. Shower wasnt working, bed had the worse sag in it. When booking price said in Canadian dollars was charged same amount in US, it couldnt be changed

I really did not enjoy the stay at all they didn't have no sort of machines no ice bathroom was nasty in my room TV not working at all and they had four remotes and they still couldn't get it to work and the advertisement said free breakfast and there was none

This place is trying to reopen, they have a lot to do, no free breakfast no coffee, no working elevator trash bins are overflowing. The room was clean. You need to advise people on your website!

The staff was very nice.
Negatives:
The toilet was dirty and the shower curtain stunk. The elevator is still out of order. The breakfast was cereal or toast. And they were out of coffee pods.

Breakfast was not available even when I asked about it upon check-in. I was told the day before it was a continental breakfast. They even had a sign saying there was breakfast during certain hours. I was told in the morning that "the supplier stopped bringing breakfast and they haven't had it for some time!

No soap nor shampoo in room (told vendor stopped shipping supplies), toilet leaked all the time so all night we heard the water turning on/off, no coffee in room (nor for breakfast), no coffee cups in room, elevator was out of order, pool was out of order. back security door was broken so anyone could walk in at any time, unprofessional staff who hardly knew how to do anything, spotty or no Wi-Fi internet (a flyer in the room claimed they had "ultrafast internet"), reception area had some furniture worn so badly I would not even put it in my garage, grounds were unkempt, outside was poorly lit.
