Location, breakfast was good, heated, indoor pool was clean, it was closed some of the time we were there for maintenance, but it was only a few hours at a time. They seemed to be in the middle of some upgrades since some things appeared new and others didn't. I heard 1 guest say he complained about noisy neighbors, and they moved him to a new room right away, so customer service was good .
Negatives:
The elevator was a bit scary... lights flickering, and a little noisy. Room smelled a little musty, like it needed to be aired out, like when your house has been closed up for a long time. Beds were a little too firm for me, but my granddaughter didn't seem to mind at all, lol.
