Negatives: I don't like the sink in the bedroom part it should be in the bathroom.

Positives: The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great bonus. Location for us was good.

Negatives: We had to have our room cards reprogrammed at least once daily. They didn’t work half the time. Everyday we had to call the office with our cell phone (room phone didn’t work to call front desk) to have the hot water turned on. Wait 15 minutes for hot water. Very inconvenient and super annoying after moving my mother from California to here we were very sore and needed hot showers. This happened everyday of our trip. Asked for compensation for the inconvenience and given 10% off both rooms (we rented 2) not pleased with what we were compensated considering the amount of inconvenience we endured daily.
