the rooms need to be updated. The air conditioner/heating unit was leaking all over the floor. the carpet smelled so musty because of the leak. both our room and the room that we got next to us were very musty smelling and quite gross. the carpet made me want to wear shoes because of how gross the carpet is. Every complaint we have is in the quality of the room.

The night manager was very kind. I still haven’t heard from Booking.com about refunding January 24th when the person for whom I was paying had to be moved to protect her as the stalker I was trying to protect her from found her at the motel.

The bed was hard. There were homeless people wandering outside the door. Garbage truck arrived at approximately 5:30 Am. Dirty towel hang on back of bathroom door. Staff not receptive to issues with room. Over all will never book another room there!

Waffles are always good. I like the fact that yogurt was available, a choice of cereal and fruit.
Room was *clean, lots of towels & soap for the shower and the sink.

Electronic key card was very finicky. Had to get a staff member to open door. They did in one swipe. I had to swipe card multiple times.
*While room was clean ( mostly) the crease stained duvet covering the bed as a turn off - gross!. Also arm chair looked kind of threadbear in spots. For $175 a night these two items upset an otherwise pleasant stay.
