The property was right off the freeway, so convenient for travelers. The staff was very knowledgeable & friendly. Room was very clean & comfortable.

Positives:
Everything was clean and comfortable and very well taken care of. The breakfast was terrific with tons of options. Pretty much had everything I wanted and needed in a very comfortable environment with super friendly and helpful folks. And, as much as it's not far from the freeway, it was dead quiet all night long period the other guests incredibly respectful. And conveniently located if you're traveling on the freeway and just need an overnight stop as I did.

the whole reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, however when we arrived we were told the heater was broken. we were also told we could still use the pool, it would just be cold, but when we went to check it out, there were a lot of dead bugs and spiders in the pool so it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and seemed like a recipe for an infection

the whole reason we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, however when we arrived we were told the heater was broken. we were also told we could still use the pool, it would just be cold, but when we went to check it out, there were a lot of dead bugs and spiders in the pool so it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and seemed like a recipe for an infection

The hotel sits in a really bad location for traffic. There is non-stop traffic in both directions. You can be sitting there for a long time waiting to get in or out.

Not that this is the hotel's fault, but someone was smoking heavy marijuana either outside or inside... the room reeked of it. Not that I'm opposed to it, but if I were to rate the room... that was kind of a little bit of an inconvenience to me.
And I don't think the cleaning stuff was notified that we had late check out...the maid walked into my room before I was ready to open the door. She did knock though. I wasn't upset with her... just that I wasn't ready to get up right then.
