Nice clean room, the mattress is firm which I liked a lot and the pillow is soft but firm that support the neck well. The breakfast is nicely prepared, I liked the hot waffle and yogurt

Comfortable Clean Safe and Welcoming
Positives:
We actually did not make it on the original reservation date. Our cat ran away and we had to keep postponing. The staff were amazing!!!They kept extending and we finally stayed 10/15/23 with the cat.

Cheez It crackers under and alongside the left side of the refrigerator. The furniture was approaching (if not at) the end of their service lives.

So dirty. There was a huge stain in the middle of our rug. There was a chair in the room that was stained as well. The elevator was disgusting. Something was all over the bottom and no one cared to clean it up. The next day is was finally clean. No ice in the ice machine.

The location was right off the highway which was important for us. Yet it was very quiet. We also appreciated the size of thw room and comfort of the bed and the front desk people were welcoming and efficient.
Negatives:
The decor is dated and tired. In our bathroom the trim on the door was deeply scratched perhaps by a dog. A little attention to detail would make this a nicer place.
