We needed a room w/2 queens and an extra bed for grandson and this room was perfect - 2 TVs and extra bed separated by door - perfect!

room was clean and comfortable, we especially liked the rocking chairs and that there were two of them so we could both sit. And I liked that you have EV charging

coffee is not strong enough
no towel hook or bar to hang the towel at the sink

Location was an easy less than 10 minute walk to downtown area although the pleasant weather allowed for that.
Negatives:
Missed not having in-room coffee service. Seems one more standard "perk" has been eliminated.

The location is wonderful for access to restaurants in the theaters
Negatives:
This hotel is badly in need of a refresh. We stay almost every year, and we keep thinking we will come in to rooms that have gotten the attention and updating they need, but sadly this is not the case.
