Positives:
The location was convenient.
Negatives:
Our room was not cleaned properly. People in the next room were incredibly loud every 45 minutes all night long and we could not sleep. Staff was unhelpful regarding the noise complaints. Cigarette butts and dog feces all over the property.

Negatives:
One reason we booked this hotel is that it said “breakfast included”. Total untruth. No breakfast at all. Nothing. There seems to be little or no insulation in walls. When you have rude neighbors loudly talking and playing TV at 2:00 am it’s hard to sleep.

Negatives:
Some tweeker or homeless person was going up and down the hallway at 4am banging trying to open everyone's door and trying to get inside everyone's room on the third floor. It went on for like 20 min or so until we finally called the main office.
Positives:
I didn't even stayed. I got there some time after midnight from the airport and the front door was locked. There was someone else who let me into the lobby to check in. Then the attendant told me that my reservation was canceled and that there was nothing she could do. She told me to ask for a refund and make a new reservation, then come back at 3 pm. It was about 30 to 40 degrees outside and I told her that I needed a place to sleep and she didn't seem to care or look for other options.

Everything.
