Extended Stay America Suites - Portland - Beaverton/Hillsboro - Eider Ct

Negatives: Not sure where to start, the staff was nice, although when I first checked in and was given a room as soon as I opened the door the room was already taken by someone else, good thing nobody was in the room when I opened the door, I had to go back to the reception and they gave me another room, it was fairly clean but pretty worn down and outdated design, burn marks in the carpet and so on. There was only a tiny bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap provided in the bathroom, no toothbrush, no toothpaste or anything like that. The sound insulation was also not good, you constantly heard people in the corridor and in the rooms beside and above, kids screaming and crying, loud bangs and even had to listen to a bed make that made a rhythmic sound for about 5 minutes. I do not think it was worth the money, but maybe I had just been spoiled with the quality and price of hotels in south east Asia I just got back from.

Negatives: The place was filthy when we were checked in, there were roaches this was brought to the attention of the staff. They did not care at all.

Negatives: Can’t understand the receipts for the property. Very confusing. Wish they could work with you more on the pricing. Negotiating.

Negatives: They canceled my booking because I missed check in and were full because they had booked out my rooms. No refunds. They couldn't even notify me that they had canceled my reservation. Robbery and a waste of my time.

Negatives: First 2 weeks - no breaksfast Couldn’t get room cleaned (bedding changed, toilet cleaned) house cleaning no time ?

Negatives: Friendly workers

Negatives: Light in kitchen didn’t work(was discounted tiny bit for that only) However the tv didn’t work and some of the plug ins and lamps didn’t stay on they flickered off and on. Was very dusty everywhere I had to clean all the counters off! :( Had not one single dish in kitchen never have I ever had to request dishes which just never got anyways for some reason !!!

Negatives: I have found hair in my bed and on my pillow before I even got to lay in it and the room smell like weed because someone else was smoking and it was coming through the walls in my bathroom.
