Positives:
We had a very bad experience with Extended Stay. We booked two rooms with full beds two days in advance and even called multiple times to confirm the booking. Each time, we were told that our reservation was confirmed. However, when we arrived at around 10:30 PM, they told us there were no rooms with 2 full beds available. They only offered rooms with queen beds or said we could cancel and find another place. We were two families traveling with 2 small children each , and it was extremely stressful to be told this so late at night, despite having a confirmed reservation.
Negatives:
The receptionist and manager were very unhelpful and didn’t care about the customers. They didn’t give proper answers and acted irresponsibly. It was the most careless and negligent service we’ve ever experienced.

One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
Check-in was a nightmare – slow, disorganized, and handled by indifferent, unfriendly staff.
When we got to our room, it was in unacceptable condition: the floor was sticky, the room smelled terrible, and the toilet was filthy, with visible yellow urine stains. We asked the front desk to send someone to clean it, but were told that no one was available and cleaning would only happen the next morning.
We asked to switch rooms but were told the hotel was fully booked. In the end, we had no choice but to take cleaning supplies and clean the bathroom ourselves.
To make things worse, right outside our door there were piles of trash and cigarette butts on the ground. The whole area felt dirty and neglected.
When we expressed our frustration, the front desk simply told us, “This is a 2-star hotel,” as if that justified the lack of basic cleanliness and service.
This is completely unacceptable. We’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this was far below even the lowest expectations. Would absolutely not recommend.
