It was quiet even though it was close to 100% full. Street people just outside the lobby though, terrible smell, and they downgraded us from a king to a queen without notice. No glasses, tea or coffee in the rooms, and no utensils for using the stove or for eating or drinking in the room. No ice available unless you make it yourself in the very nice fridge in the room. Staff was busy, and they forgot to put towels in the room.

Air conditioner broken-had to move rooms. Garbage left in kitchenette cupboard. Free breakfast advertised but was only coffee and nutrigrain bar. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Dogs were allowed and were barking. Very loud music and you could smell cigarette smoke.

It seemed a lot of homeless people were housed there. People hanging out front by lobby entry cleaning g out their car with seats and clothes everywhere. Not a good look.

The property needs more parking spots. I arrived at midnight. My room was not ready due to the system being down. I got my room an hour later. The front desk staff told me I was getting a discount, which didn’t happen. After I got my room, I walked in and it had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel looks like it possibly is a nice place to stay.... I wouldn't know though because when I came to check in I stood at the desk for over half hour without even seeing a single person. I ended up going out to my car to check on my dog and I fell asleep. I had a reservation at this hotel. They knew I was arriving and should've had appropriate staff working to at least check me in. I requested a refund and still haven't received a refund or even heard back from anyone.
