Location was in an interesting part of town, out of the way of most of the enjoyable areas of Bend. Sadly I did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast.

Long walk to the elevator. Could have a better placement of where the elevator is located, not very close to the lobby.

The room is really comfortable. I felt like I had plenty of room to spread out and in different spaces so it felt like home. The kitchenette is really great with all the things I might need.
The breakfast is really pretty great. Something for everyone.
Plus this hotel is conveniently located to Safeway and dozens of restaurants.
Negatives:
I didn’t love that the elevator is at the opposite end of the building from where you check in at, but it ended up not being a big deal and I got some extra steps in each day!

Upon arriving I was told it didn't show I had a reservation, even though I had a confirmation no. and text message confirming it through Bookings.com.. When contacting Bookings.com, the first person hung up on us and the second contact never called back. It was very frustrating to deal with, especially with a five year old having to wait for almost an hour, and also needing to be at a friend's wedding within an hour. Thankfully, the front desk person was very kind and helpful and was able to find another room for us.

The fitness center is an important part of our business travels so we can stay on our routine. We've been gym-catfished before, so even though the pictures looked great our bar was low. The gym was awesome! It had everything we needed and extras so our workouts were great! And the room had dishes, dishwasher, big refrigerator; everything we needed to make our own meals easily.

Negatives:
I started contacting them a week before my reservation asking to change debates or cancel due to my child being in the hospital. No response. I called the facility and they said I had to call Booking. I called Booking and they said they would not call the property but would send an email approving the cancelation. I called the property back and they said they had to get a iPhone call from Booking. I had zero response through Booking with the facility. I was charged for a night I never got to use. Was not allowed to change dates or cancel because no one checks messages. Very poor communication by both the hotel and Booking
