I didn't get bedbugs.

Hotel was dirty. The parking lot was dirty. The lobby was dirty. The room was dirty. I am just happy we didn't bring home any pest from this no stars hotel.

THE RECEPTIONIST ON 03/30 IN THE EVENING WAS HORRIBLE. VERY ARGUMENTATIVE.

Warm pool and great hot tub

Dogs barked at my child in the hallway, threatening, but thank God it was on a leash. I didnt realize there were so many pets staying at this hotel, which we are fine with as long as they are nice and leashed. Pool was great, hot tub was great.

Although our last night was less then pleasant, once the GM heard of what happened he followed up, apologized, showed understanding and concern and made it right.
Negatives:
We were upset with the front desk had handled a situation on our last night stay, however it was addressed by the GM. The hot tub also had a weird color to it.
Positives:
Hotel was clean, the price was great. Despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. Only complaint was an empty room had an alarm clock going off at 2:00 am, it wasnt too loud and didnt last too long.
Negatives:
TV didnt seem to work. Powered up but couldnt get cable (looked like a cable box). Had my 17 year old son try, couldnt figure it out either.

Bob @ Front Desk was rude & inconsiderate. I originally booked thru you 2 nights then added another night. He made me come to front desk to re-register & when I requested my room be cleaned he said no.
