The walls were so thin every time the people upstairs flushed the toilet we heard it drain down the walls. The AC went out in the middle of the night after being very loud and sounding like a beast.

Quiet night in a comfortable...
Positives:
Breakfast was excellent and the food was hot and kept full throughout the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful in locating local eateries and activities.
Negatives:
Grass area for pets would have been better than the rocky,dirt area behind the facility. The area was easily accessible and free of left over pet debris. Having a full container for pet refuse bags was extremely helpful and the disposal can was emptied frequently,so minimal smell.

Customer care was lackluster. We did not know you have to ask for your room to be cleaned and went to the front desk because we lacked towels and TP after Day 1. Front desk peep said we were told, but we weren't. Room was not ready at scheduled check in time, but arrangements were made to fix that. There were bolts on the walls where pictures were supposed to be. Thin walls. Across the hall neighbor partied loud all night.

The property promised me a full refund as their hot water boiler was not working so I left within hours of checking in. I did not stay the night. They told me to talk to Booking.com, Booking has yet to refund my money despite the property authorizing this refund.
