The location was great, easy access off freeway. Front Desk staff and maintenance staff, very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean.

The pool and workout area hours don't start until 10:00 am. That is way too late to use in the morning before workout. Breakfast bar was not stocked with silverware, sugar, plates, waffle batter, yogurt . The morning staff said it was her first day of doing breakfast

I wish I had gotten the name of the lady who seemed to be running the whole hotel as She was awesome! She went above & beyond in helping make sure our stay was as comfortable & safe as possible.

The room was spacious and clean the staff were super helpful and friendly and even let us have a late check out when we asked for it. I loved the room the most and the set up and how comfortable the beds and pillows were. We slept amazingly!

Nope! This was a wonderful hotel and we cant wait to come back!

The pool looked as if it didn’t get cleaned from the night before hence the same towels were in the same spots when we left the pool. The trashes are overflowing. Not much room to eat in the morning.

Doors are turned off to keep homeless people out. Room did not smell great. The side door was blocked off with caution tape and chairs. TV did not work. NOT a great value. You can go a mile down the road and get a MUCH better hotel (Monarch) for less cost.

Absolutely nothing, it is absolutely disgusting.
Negatives:
We didn’t even have a working fire detector. Stains all over the carpet, walls that clearly had water damage and peeling wall paper, tootsie roll wrappers stuck in between the headboard, brown dripping substances on the walls. It was absolutely filthy, and unacceptable. I think the topper was the makeshift toilet paper holder. When discussed with the employee I was told “yeah all the rooms are like that” it is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I’m a single mom, we’ve been without power due to the wind and weather so we needed somewhere warm to stay. I paid $169 for a room for one night and the condition was appalling.

I spent 2 hours trying to get the TV to work only to find out the hotel only had Frevee and YouTube. The bathroom looks like it had major repairs that weren't finished. I see why it was so cheap.
