Booked for king bed for my wife and I but was given a full bed. Eventually, my wife rolled over and fell from the bed. I complained and was told that I made my reservation with a third party and there was nothing they could do.

I thought German was great at checkin, the food at breakfast was fantastic, as was the cleanliness of the beds, sheets, towels and such. I also was pleasantly surprised that there was Tesla charging included at the hotel, as I didnt know that was available there.
Negatives:
The major issue for us was that the room smelled like mold and dog urine. I do believe a pet had been in there recently. Its our fault that we didnt report anything to the front desk, so I will take the blame on not asking for anything additional.

Great experience, wish I had said something about one issue.
Positives:
I liked the amenities. The whirlpool was super relaxing and breakfast was great.
Negatives:
The room itself wasnt the greatest. The smell of the room when you walked in hit you will a strong scent of wet dog and an unpleasant deodorizer to try to mask the smell that wasnt working. It just made me really dizzy and it took about half an hour to get used to the smell.

I guess a room is a room when youre there on business, but I wouldnt recommend for families small children.

Positives:
The hotel is really nice, easy parking, excellent comfortable rooms, nice decor, great internet, complete breakfast, and available coffee, tea a fruit all the time. Staff are really welocoming and helpful.
Negatives:
It is a shame that the material used at breakfast is not recyclable. There is an awful lot of waste. There was bit of noise from the nearby motorway, but not too bad.

Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and extra charges on my nephews debit card from purchasing candy. Their explanation was when he purchased it, the sale was open and the next sale went on his card. Complete negligence on your staff !!!!! Unacceptable

Liked free bottles of water and cookies at check-in. We requested a first floor room and got it. Breakfast was good, as always! Figuring the cost of breakfast for four people at a restaurant, the breakfast is easily a $50 value! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Having stayed in another larger Hampton Inn in Red Bluff, the facility in Clackamas is decidedly smaller and somewhat cramped.
