Negatives: There could have been a little more lighting in the room.

Negatives: Lacked the very basic in lighting. Our 1st room had 1 floor lamp to light a room big enough for two queen beds, that light didn’t turn on. There is absolutely no overhead lights in the ceiling. I am expecting this is to save on the electricity bill? We moved to a second room that had one table lamp to light an entire room, pathetic, couldn’t even read my book. The next morning with the curtain open was still not enough light to see what was in your luggage. I am assuming they’ve had an issue with people stealing furniture because in our second room there was not even a nightstand between the beds. If you were looking to hang your clothes up, it had a space in the bathroom that would work, but there was no bar to hang clothes on. With the freeway noise it really meant a sleepless night.

Negatives: Didn't have a coffee pot in room

Negatives: The occupant upstairs bounced around his room all day and night, he made it leak water in our room, the bed must have been purchased at a second hand store, The manager gave no discount for the water leak from upstairs

Negatives: The floors weren't mopped, there was shit on the walls of the bathroom near toilet. There was no shower. Front desk said they could do nothing about any of it. There had to be a different room but nothing.

Negatives: Paid for double queen for 3 adults, checked in a went to the room. They gave me a king bed then told me they weren’t able to make it right and I should have been notified they couldn’t accommodate the group a not check me in. Denied full refund, went acrossed the street to a different hotel
