Husband and I got away...

Property is newly remodeled and nice. Comfortable bed and clean room. Nice breakfast. Staff were friendly and offered suggestions for our trip over to Newport.

We left a bag here last month, and called to arrange to pick up the bag on a return visit. They said the bag would be ready for us when we arrived.
But now, they claim the bag is locked away until tomorrow, after we depart. They didn't acknowledge their mistake, and said they would charge us to mail it to us.
Just atrocious customer service. We will not stay there again.
