Positives:
The room was comfortable and clean. We initially had an issue with the bathroom vent being very noisy, but as soon as we called maintenance, it was dealt with in 20 minutes. Very fast reactions from staff, great conversations with other guests.
Negatives:
There was someone who kept blasting music in the parking lot (we suspect) every hour since 2AM and it was hard for management to get them to stop. We had to call the police for them to leave.

No access hot tub or pool which was a strong interest , breakfast evaded at 9:30 ( prefer 10). The man at front desk was disheveled, avoided eye contact and smelled of heavy cigarette smoke which filled room , after he had his break outside front door. He was genuine but clearly not polished for a customer service welcoming position. The shower was perfect and complimentary hair /body care products excellent.

The property is absolutely disgusting. There was a puddle of urine in the elevator and the entire place smelled of ammonia and raw sewage. The front desk staff was confrontational and abrasive and refused to assist anyone.

POOL CLOSED. WHICH WAS ONE OF THE POINTS FOR CHOOSING THIS HOTEL. PROBABLY SHOULD BE NOTIFIED AHEAD OF TIME IF IT WAS GOING TO BE CLOSED.

The room itself was nice and clean.
Negatives:
I specifically picked this hole for the hot tub/spa/pool. When I got there to check in the entire pool room was closed/broken.
