Breakfast was great... I had a fresh waffle and Greek yogurt. Room was fine.
Negatives:
I got constant texts! First, I got 2 different texts asking me if I wanted to check in hours before we even arrived at the hotel! Then I kept getting texts after we arrived. How was this... how was that?! Then I woke up to texts asking if I wanted to have a later checkout time. After we checked out they still kept texting me about stupid things.... I finally blocked the number. Oh, and in the middle of the night I got up to go to the bathroom and saw a paper slid under the door. No, I don't want to join your little points club...

I was not able to check in 45 minutes prior to the 3:00PM check in time unless I paid extra and rooms were available. The signage for the Comfort Inn at the entrance was very laying on its side mangled. I found a bloody band-aid on the bathroom floor. The carpet in the hallways look like they have never been cleaned and they said the pool was being cleaned but just looking into the window, it was a mess and cleaning was not happening.

The location was great, and the room suite size was very large. Towels were soft, and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Very dingy, carpets are very dirty, as is the sofa bed. I covered the sofa with a blanket before sitting on it. No soap or toiletries in the bathroom. Curtains were also dingy. These rooms definitely need upgrading.

A young man ( employee) came in the breakfast room as another guest was just getting there for his breakfast. The young man started pulling all items, turning off appliances, pulling food items while the lady ( employee) let the other guest know there was 4 minutes left of breakfast time. Juice machine turned off, breads pulled. 4 minutes is 4 minutes. On a Sunday morning a lot of people don’t start they day as early, especially after a late start football game as I imagine most of the guests were there for that reason. However if everything states breakfast is until 10, leave it out until that time. That one thing/employee made my rating go down.
