Negatives: I know the hotel is set to be torn down, so I was not expecting the moon and stars. That being said, these are the things that I think could maybe be addressed while the current building stands. The lightbulb in our kitchenette area flickered until the bulb warmed up. A bulb replacement will give a better first impression. The upholstery on the furniture could do with a steam cleaning (dark spots from hands on the chair arms). When the entry door is closed, you can see daylight through the gap between the door and the frame. I felt sufficiently safe during our visit, as other guests were not rowdy or ill-behaved, but the door didn't exactly seem secure. The seat on one of the dining chairs completely came off when we moved the chair. Again, simple fix, most likely, and I'm not sure it was anything that could have been prevented. The only thing that could have been a real problem was that we had requested (and, I thought, granted) a ground floor room), but we were given a second floor room. It ended up not being an issue, as our 3rd guest who needed the ground floor canceled on us. And, maybe if we had asked, the room may have been available. But, I had expected that to be ready to go upon arrival. That being said, however, I would stay here again, as the room was clean and affordable and we had a nice stay.

Negatives: This is an old property and some of the things were a slight bit dirty like it hadn't been cleaned, ie bathroom area.

Negatives: The propane fireplace was out of order and the room needed a floor lamp by the comfy chair in the corner. The drain in the sink and bathtub didn't drain properly.

Negatives: Not very clean. Bathrooms need a deep clean and pillows were really bad! Lumpy and small.

Negatives: Pool area was dimly lit 9/12 lights burned out. Women’s shower not functional torn apart. No toilet paper in restroom. Roofing was blowing off building 1 in the wind. Some rooms had screen doors some did not. Fire place worked in our room and didn’t in my other families room.

Negatives: Upstairs people made lots of noise.

Negatives: Dim lit pool area most lights burned out. Women’s bathroom no showers or toilet paper. Some rooms the fireplaces don’t work.

Negatives: Difficulty in getting a phone number to talk with a real person at the hotel

Negatives: The ocean view warmth and the set up

Negatives: Nothing negative to report.

Negatives: Room very poorly maintained & cleaned…ceiling fan had layer of dirt/fuzz on blades; rest of room marginally cleaned Realize hotel has its issues but it should be clean

Negatives: There was mold when you open your back door and there's a 2nd door to open to go on your deck overlooking the ocean. The mold was so thick and bad I got sick.
