Positives:
Top tip: on check in if offered the top floor take it; the views over the ocean are stupendous. Lower floors are ok though. The view is the best part but the room was large with a usable balcony

Occasional outages of WiFi; and hot water in the evening ran low, but nothing to worry about. Pity no breakfast was offered.

It was a standard hotel. Nothing fancy. Had new furnishings. Ocean view.

No A.C. But it did have a ceiling fan, and a tower fan. It wouldn't be too pleasant on particularly hot days.
