The location was good and I could see the ocean. All the rooms had an ocean view but I was put on the 3rd floor which might have made it a little better.

I was a little upset when I got to the hotel and the front desk woman argued with me about what I reserved.
First, after I reserved the room with you, I got 2 messages from the hotel asking me if I wanted to upgrade to a ocean view. I thought all the rooms had an ocean view (which they do) but I wanted a view so said yes to a $10 a night increase.
Second, I then got another message asking me if I wanted to upgrade my room. I already picked what I wanted but clicked on the room with the 2 queen beds I had booked.
When I got to the hotel, the woman told me my amount would be $308.20. I asked why the difference from what I was quoted. She said I asked for an ocean view and changed my 1 queen bed to a 2 queen beds. I told her that was not true but she argued with me about it so I just paid it. She was not a nice person!
I found a bottle cap and dirt on the floor of the room. Other than that, it was ok. Just an ordinary hotel room. The housekeeper was not very friendly either. The breakfast was a joke. Mainly just coffee and breakfast bars. There needs to be more chairs in the room. Only 1 desk chair.
