Not a whole lot. It doesn’t sit on the beach as it “looks@. it’s across the street.

it was noisy with hearing traffic on street as well as neighbor or above us snoring. we could if the upstairs walking in room and showering.
They say they are pet friendly but the cost of charge is per dog and no where annotated. In the fine print is says there is a fee. (That is not pet friendly and at $25 a pet it would have been better to put them in a a 6 acre free roam kennel for less cost). Also, coffee pot was not cleaned out and it didn’t work. No coffee at front- area was closed off to guests.

Location and the staffs willingness to support each other even when they ran short on employees.
Negatives:
Front Office was not attended to as the front desk person was pulled to assist housekeeping. When she was available she apologized for having to keep visitors waiting. This helped, but for the price of the room I would have expected that the hotel always have someone at the office.

Positives:
Location is great right in Depoe Bay. Even though the hotel is located on the land side of the highway we did not have an y noise issues. And our view of the bay was unobstructed, there are no buildings to block your view from the hotel. Best to stay in levels 2 and above for the best views.

even though we were right along/above the highway, there wasn’t much traffic noise. I live out in the country where it’s quiet, so I was concerned about it. Almost no noise from other rooms, too, & the place was full.
