Booked a queen, received a double. Room was incredibly dirty, ask to be relocated. 2nd room even dirtier and in greater disrepair than 1st. Informed management and was handed a set of sheets and told to make our own bed and clean up our own room. This was during an ice storm and had no power at home, so had no heat and therefore no choice to find a hotel we could afford with our emergency fund. Would absolutely recommend you find a better place to stay. In hindsight, sleeping in the car would have been an improvement.
