I didn’t get to stay the lobby was nice but my support didn’t come and my cards were deactivated so I wasn’t able to finish my booking and the front desk said he canceled it he also kicked me and my baby out on the street at 3 am. Baby was fine cause I always pack extra cozy stuff for him and he had his buggy but I was very under prepared and had to stay up 2 nights in a row to make sure we were safe while trying to reach support thank fully I found a quiet covered space behind a breakfast spot and there was a cleaner and a baker there for extra security and the Amtrak station let us come in at 6 I got a little sleep but am still very exhausted and dealing with people stealing my bookings at hotels claiming to be me :/ so hopefully that doesn’t happen tonight!

Positives:
It’s clean, and customer service was amazing. Specifically, the woman working at the counter the night shift was so kind and always had a smile on her face.
Negatives:
The room I was in, we kept on hearing noises outside our room.

The staff at the Hilton Tru is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. The lobby is bustling and well laid out - work cubbies, food area, sofas, a pool table and adjacent workout room.

Good quiet location. Walk in shower.
Negatives:
Breakfast typical but use of throw away materials was excessive. This is Oregon, after all. It was a real turnoff.
Bed too firm. Rooms small and more than basic--rather ugly. Not comfy or homey. Paper cups only. Too expensive for the type of room.

Positives:
The property seemed new, was easy to find, and is just East of downtown Eugene. The lobby is friendly and has some games, billiards, and a television. The room was very clean as well!
Negatives:
I don't know how to describe it other than the hotel was loud. Guests on the floor above us were easily audible, the heater in our room was very noisy, and the room was full of hard surfaces that didn't absorb sound. It could be that I'm nitpicking, but it was hard to rest.
