If we would have seen the rooms in advance, we would have never paid the amount we paid.
Positives:
We're Senior American travelers and stayed in a "2 Queen Balcony" overlooking the bay. View was very nice and the balcony was adequate. Breakfast was made-to-order for the eggs and was very tasty.
Negatives:
The room could stand some renewal as could the rest of the hotel. Not quite to the shabby side but getting close. We thought we would get more for the $267 including tax that we spent. Not sure we would stay again.

A/C unit Very noisy. Refrigerator Very noisy. First A/C unit would run then turn off, room would be quiet for a few minutes then the refrigerator would start up. This cycle of noise made for a poor nights sleep.

Very little. So very disappointed in our stay. Breakfast omelettes served were really the very best part of our stay...
Negatives:
Check in staff; frankly, awful - I don't care for anyone's poor attitude, ever - one was eye rolling at me as her shift was about to end when we walked in. Was then given snarky comments ('I cant afford to eat locally..' after asking questions, restaurants and dining related. Then placed in a musty, hot room (tiny) down four flights of stairs despite asking to be considered for less stairs due to large amounts of luggage. When asked to be moved room was told that was all that was available as it was fully booked.
