The staff was very nice. The location was very convenient

The room itself was okay but the carpet was so dirty, stained and torn in places. It definitely needs to be replaced. Carpet doesn’t belong in hotels! Also, walls are pretty thin!

The breakfast wasn't as good as other Best Westerns. No fruit.

How do you get away with people using the stairs and not having an elevator. I had a difficult time with the stairs and I have operations on my knee and ankle.
