Negatives: We didnÂ't get a king size bed. We were given 2 queens as they were overbooked. We got a first floor room. There are stairs up to the front door, then stairs down to our room. It was a struggle bringing our ebikes to our room.

Positives: The amenities were perfect for this hotel room. The room was cleanly and everything was neat & concise. The hotel staff was efficient & courteous. We needed a toilet plunger and it was brought to our room in a timely manner-only had to call once.

Negatives: We were disappointed that there was no continental breakfast (due to Covid-19) and that this wasn't advertised when we booked. Even granola bars or something quick would've been nice to take back to our room or on the road.

Negatives: We didn't like that there wasn't an elevator, or at least no one told us where one was. Lugging bags up a flight a stairs is very inconvenient, esp. with a bad back. Upon checkout I tried to add my rewards and the lady wasn't helpful. I was disappointed.

Negatives: Parking was bad, not enough spots for all guests. Got in late and instructed by staff to park in non-parking spots like service paths or the driveway. Found a lot of dark black hair in bathroom, and insulin pen needle unused under the bed.
